Pregnancy & baby tracking

Tools that work with one hand, at 3 am.

Try the two that matter most in the third trimester. In the app, each log joins the others, and Nani starts noticing patterns after a few days.

Movements · try it

Count your baby’s kicks

Lie on your left side. Tap for every kick, roll or flutter. Aim for 10 within 2 hours.

Your first tap starts the session.

Baby moving less than usual? Don’t wait until tomorrow: call your doctor the same day.

Contractions · try it

Time a contraction

Press start when a tightening begins, and stop when it eases. Nani works out how long and how far apart.

Lasting about

–

Every

–

The 5-1-1 pattern: contractions every 5 minutes, each lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour. Nani tells you the moment yours match it.

Mood & symptoms

A daily check-in. There are no wrong answers; it helps Nani notice patterns.

Water

Glasses through the day, with easy ways to drink more when you fall short.

Weight

Once a week is plenty, at the same time of day, against your pre-pregnancy weight.

Feeds & sleep

After birth: breast or bottle, which side is next, naps and nights.

Diapers

Wet and dirty, with the hydration sign that tells you milk is enough.

Growth

Weight, length and head size over time, ready for every check-up.

Personal records

Your reports, finally explained.

Take a photo of a paper report, or add a PDF. Nani reads the values, shows you what she found so you can check it, then explains each one and charts it across your weeks.

    Explained & charted

Haemoglobin

Carries oxygen in your blood. It often dips in pregnancy; doctors in India look for 11 g/dL or more.

Blood pressure

Checked at every visit. A reading of 140/90 or more needs your doctor the same day.

Sugar test (75 g, 2 h)

Two hours after a glucose drink. Below 140 mg/dL is the usual cut-off in India (DIPSI).

Thyroid (TSH)

Shows how your thyroid is working, which matters for your baby’s brain growth.

Urine protein

Checked at visits. Protein with high blood pressure can be a warning sign.

Ferritin

Shows how much iron your body has stored.

Nani compares a value with the range printed on your own report and explains it. She never diagnoses: your doctor does.

Help cards

When it matters, everything is one tap away.

Add your doctor, your hospital’s labour room and up to two family members once. If something sounds urgent, in a chat, a tracker or a community post, Nani puts a help card first, above her reply.

112, India’s emergency number

Answered in every state.

Your doctor’s mobile

And the hospital where you plan to deliver.

The labour room

Doctors can miss calls at night. The labour room always answers.

Family on WhatsApp

One tap tells them where you’re going.

Community

Ask the mothers who’ve been there.

A moderated place to ask what it’s really like. Mothers near your stage come first, and mothers further along tell you what’s coming. You post under a nickname; your name, phone, email and city stay private.

How the community works
  • Be kind. Every pregnancy is different.
  • Share experience, not medicine doses.
  • No phone numbers, links or selling.
  • No guessing or finding out the baby’s sex.
  • If something feels wrong, don’t wait for replies.

Everything in one place. Finally.

Ask Nani is coming soon to iPhone, Android and the web, free while in beta. Tell her where you are on your journey, and she’ll take it from there.
